Manhattan Portage unconditionally guarantees all products we manufacture and sell
At our online store to be free from any defects of workmanship. We will happily replace or refund any defective items you wish to return.
Any non-promotional item purchased from www.manhattanportage.com.au can be returned within 30 days of shipping .
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused,unaltered with the original tags on the bag and sales receipt.
Expenses for shipping the item back are paid by the customer ,unless the reason for exchange or return is due to an error by manhattanportage.com.au (e.g. wrong item/colour or defective item).
For exchanges, a new bag will be shipped out once the bag to be exchanged has been received. The cost of shipping the new bag back to you will be taken care of by us.
Items purchased from the USA online store manhattanportage.com or other retail stores cannot be exchanged or returned to the Australian online store manhattanportage.com.au.
Unfortunately we will not be able to offer returns or exchanges for International Customers.
Change of mind
If you simply wish to exchange or return an item for any reason (see limitations above), you are responsible for return shipping charges, but we will ship you a replacement item with no additional shipping charge.
For refunds, your credit card will be credited upon receipt of the unused returned product. We will refund the price of the bag, including GST, but not including shipping. Credit card returns can only be refunded onto the original card used.
If you paid by Bank transfer we will deposit the above amount into your account.
Our Mistake
If we make a mistake with your order ( wrong colour for example) or the item is defective we will take care of the return shipping and will send you a replacement item with no additional charge for the return shipping.
Address for returns
All items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, with the original tags on it and along with the sales receipt. Please fill out the Exchange and Refund form included in your shipment and send it back along with the items to be returned to:
